Public observation corpus
This corpus records public GitHub platform output that can support achievement research. An observation proves only the state visible at the cited URL on the recorded date. It does not automatically prove a trigger, exact threshold, causality, persistence, or the absence of hidden conditions.
Observations: 10

Interpretation rules
- A visible badge or tier is direct evidence that GitHub rendered that state for the public account.
- A repository metric is a dated public value, not an immutable historical award-boundary record.
- Rounded counts bracket a value but do not establish an exact threshold.
- Badge display without event-linked detail does not prove the qualifying issue, pull request, commit, answer, review state, or processing interval.
- Claim promotion still requires the acceptance criteria in the research queue and contradiction ledger.
Observation details
OBS-2026-001 — starstruck / x3
Profile: Rongronggg9
Claims: CLM-009, CLM-010
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Supporting public facts
- owned-public-repository-stars: 2.1k stars
Limitations
- The rounded star display does not identify the exact award boundary.
- The observation does not isolate repository-transfer, fork, or persistence behaviour.
OBS-2026-002 — starstruck / x4
Profile: Schweinepriester
Claims: CLM-009, CLM-010
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Supporting public facts
- owned-public-repository-stars: 5.1k stars
Limitations
- The rounded star display brackets but does not prove the exact x4 boundary.
- The observation does not test falling-star or ownership-transfer persistence.
OBS-2026-003 — starstruck / x4
Profile: torvalds
Claims: CLM-009, CLM-010
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Supporting public facts
- owned-public-repository-stars: 240k stars
Limitations
- A value far above the reported boundary proves neither its exact location nor lower tiers.
- The observation does not isolate organization ownership, forks, transfers, or award timing.
OBS-2026-004 — quickdraw / not-tiered
Profile: Schweinepriester
Claims: CLM-003
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- Anonymous profile output does not expose the qualifying issue or pull request.
- The observation does not establish the exact qualifying time window.
OBS-2026-005 — yolo / not-tiered
Profile: Schweinepriester
Claims: CLM-004
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- Anonymous profile output does not expose the qualifying pull request or review state.
- The observation cannot distinguish no review from comment-only or changes-requested review states.
OBS-2026-006 — pair-extraordinaire / x4
Profile: Rongronggg9
Claims: CLM-005, CLM-006
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- The profile does not expose the qualifying commits or merge methods anonymously.
- The displayed tier does not independently prove the numeric threshold sequence.
OBS-2026-007 — pull-shark / x4
Profile: ljharb
Claims: CLM-001, CLM-002
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- The anonymous profile does not expose the complete attributed pull-request count.
- The displayed tier does not independently prove each numeric boundary.
OBS-2026-008 — pull-shark / x3
Profile: Schweinepriester
Claims: CLM-001, CLM-002
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- The anonymous profile does not expose the complete attributed pull-request count.
- The displayed tier cannot resolve author, merger, visibility, or processing-delay edge cases.
OBS-2026-009 — galaxy-brain / x4
Profile: ljharb
Claims: CLM-007, CLM-008
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- The anonymous profile does not expose the accepted-answer count or source Discussions.
- The displayed tier does not independently prove each numeric boundary.
OBS-2026-010 — galaxy-brain / x2
Profile: Schweinepriester
Claims: CLM-007, CLM-008
Decision: accepted-as-observation
Privacy: public-identifiers-only
Limitations
- The anonymous profile does not expose the accepted-answer count or source Discussions.
